About Community Hospice:

Since 1996, Community Hospice in Foley, AL has been providing quality hospice care and compassion to terminally-ill patients in Baldwin County. Under the direction of Carol Standifer, RN, CHPN and Medical Directors, Charles Sherman, MD, Harvey McCulloch, MD and Rico Eslava, MD, Community Hospice is the only locally-owned, not-for-profit hospice headquartered in Baldwin County, Alabama.
